I'm in desperate need of help!
I love makeup but when it comes to spending a larger amount of money I've got no clue,
On the 18th of November I turn 16 and every other year I've known exactly what I wanted for my birthday. But this year of all years I've got no clue!
Please Leave your expert comments for me , and help me decide what to get!
I'm looking for:
-Decent Foundation
-Amazing lengthening/voluminous mascara
- THE BEST Lush products
- Any other makeup that you would consider a staple must have product!!

It sounds a bit stupid, but can you use Urban Decay's Primer eye potion on your face? or is there a separate potion?

I'd get the face one and use it on your eye as well as the rest of your face if you only want to buy one product xx
