Me, Myself and I

So much has happened since my last proper post.. I think I was moving into halls, now I've just moved out!
New location, back to blogging I think. I really enjoy doing it but I stop for ages and ages and start again.
Hopefully I'll blog more regularly.

This is why pain must play some part in all true feelings we find.

tweed

Tweed blazer - Tesco F&F £28
White tortoise shell button shirt H&M £19.99
High waisted jeans - River Island £29.99
Shoes - Tesco F&F £8.00

After spending hours reading blogs, faffing around on instagram and listening to Radio 1, I realised that the time was ten to two, and that I have to leave at 2 o'clock, or miss the film - Anna kanarenika.
So pleased excuse my lack of makeup as I got ready in less than ten minutes.. realising that I had moments to spare, I grabbed my camera and took these photos in a mad hurry.
Without realising I've seemed to have taken inspiration from Tiny Twist. I saw this shirt on her a few weeks ago when looking back at her blog posts when I discovered it, and I knew, I had to have it!
It's really lovely and like my bargain blazer has some lovely elbow patches.
I just think that this shirt is so versatile, and could be worn with many looks... beachy.. un buttoned with shorts in the summer.. and done up like today in the autumn and winter.
I paired it with this blazer, that I manage to nab from Tesco's they were sold out after I had called up to reverse mine! I've just looked at my blog 'newsfeed' and she seems to have styled it similarly also! Great minds think alike!
I really love the 'country' look as I live smack bang in the middle of no where with various game, rabbits, khaki and tweed to keep me company.. My move to liverpool in a few days is going to be very daunting and I've got visions going round in my head of me resembling a rabbit in headlights.

Wish me luck!!!

bohemian rhapsody

Studded vest top (studs under my hair)-  c/o Glamorous, Oxblood maxi skirt - New Look
Charcoal buckle belt - New Look, Bracelet - Links of London

I wore this outfit to Nandos, for a girls meal with my best friends, we're trying to make the most of the time we've got left cryyyy, sounds like we're dying or something morbid eurgh.

Anyway, I thought this look, looked a little bohemian and hippy reminiscent.
A sort of tribute to MK herself if you will. I WISH.
It's a shame you can't really see the studs thanks to my hair, so hopefully my last post did them justice.
I took the first few photographs with a little half up do, and thought better off it.. I can't get away from the feeling of wanting giant lion hair that takes over your whole outfit, oh well.. it could double up as a scarf?
I'll more than likely add more photos of our meal once my friends send them to me.. I'm writing this in bed after I just got back dreading my shift tomorrow.

Peace, Studs and War //Glamorous UK Clothing

Studded Tie Dye Top - c/o Glamorous Clothing
Khaki Military Collared Vest - c/o Glamorous Clothing

Hippies, punks and soldiers all mixed up and combined into two tops!
I am really loving the stud trend at the moment, I want everything to have studs emblazoned all over it!
I recently got these two beautiful tops from Glamorous, I LOVE the muted grey, blue and white tie - dye effect, the quality of the studs used are amazing, they are really heavy and such good quality, underneath the two patches of studs are a little flap on the shoulder to stop the hard metal touching your skin, showing the quality of the top.
The khaki collared top has lighter weight studs to stop the collar getting dragged down with the weight which I think shows that the designers of the top really considered how to would actually look once on, rather than just churning out disposable fashion piece left right and center.
They both look amazing on, so look out for them in an upcoming outfit post.

These pieces aren't actually online yet so look out for them on the website as soon as they're up!
